Luke McLaren - CEO
Luke has been involved in real estate construction, management and marketing for over 30 years. Luke graduated with a Bachelor in Finance and Marketing from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. He then pursued his Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Marketing at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Luke has developed, constructed and managed multiple projects including; office, retail, hotel, and residential projects. In addition to MCA Construction Group, Luke is the Owner/Manager of a large Calgary Real Estate Brokerage.
Mauricio Rosa - President
Originally from Brazil, Mauricio obtained his bachelor of architecture and urban design at the Beaux-Arts University in São Paulo, Brazil. Upon coming to Canada, Mauricio got his Professional Masters of Architecture degree from the U of C. He is also LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design). Mauricio's worked for over ten years as a lead designer on many residential and institutional projects with a renowned architectural firm. For the last ten years, Mauricio has led his own business of design and general contracting, overseeing and managing many renovation projects in Calgary.
Isaiah Casamayor - Vice President
Born and raised in Calgary, Isaiah’s love of the outdoors has fueled his passion for all things in landscape design and construction. Certified as a Permaculture Designer, Isaiah spent over four years in landscape design, construction, and two years in the renewable energy industry. Known for his attention to detail and excellent client service, Isaiah’s hands-on approach ensures each of our customer’s needs and wants are exceeded.
